Brandon Zaruba is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. Prior to joining NAI FMA Realty, Brandon worked at Benchmark Homes, Inc. as a Builder Manager and previously with other construction and surveying firms where he assisted in managing various stages of construction, applied various surveying techniques, and troubleshot mechanical systems. At NAI FMA Realty, his primary responsibility is coordinating all phases of tenant improvements and building remodels and upgrades. In his day-to-day work acting as the owner’s representative, he manages the process including defining the scope, soliciting bids, approving contracts and invoices, monitoring the schedule and quality, and organizing the completion document such as built drawings and operating manuals.
