Tom Ball has owned and managed commercial real estate since 1982. He applies his "owner" perspective and goals to NAI FMA Realty's success in all facets of property management, sales and leasing, and facility maintenance. Ball became President in 1996 and has worked hard to demand professional, quality service from our skilled associates. Prior to joining NAI FMA, Tom spent 23 years managing large complex power plant, industrial, and government facility electrical contracting projects. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a major in Economics. Tom is also an active member of many civic and charitable organizations. As Chairman, Tom concentrates on customer appreciation, retention and development.
