The properties are a combination of multi-family, office, industrial and retail properties. Notable properties include two Super Saver anchored properties located at 48th & “O” and 27th & Cornhusker Hwy., respectively, as well as Northridge Center at 14th & Superior.

With the addition of this new account, Kassie Ebbers, Accounting Assistant; Rick Hellerich and Brock Beckman, Maintenance Technicians; and Judy Guilliatt, Resident Manager, have joined the firm. Ebbers has over six years of experience in accounting. Hellerich and Beckman have both served in facility maintenance for the past 3 and 5 years, respectively and will continue these duties. Guilliatt has over 8 years of experience as a Resident Manager.
