Background
Before joining NAI FMA Realty, she developed a diverse professional background spanning the automotive, residential property management, and financial technology industries. She spent several years in the automotive industry working with numerous brands, including serving as an Assistant Manager for CJDR’s Express Lane operations. She later transitioned into student housing management at The View, now known as The Quarters, in Lincoln. Within a few months, she was promoted from Resident Services Manager to Assistant Executive Director.
Prior to joining NAI FMA Realty, she worked at Fiserv, where she assisted financial institutions with technical concerns. Her background in management, customer service, property management, and financial technology prepared her well for her current position.
At NAI FMA Realty, she assists with day-to-day accounting operations and a variety of real estate-related financial responsibilities. She prepares monthly financial statements, supports annual budgeting and cash management, performs account reconciliations, and completes year-end operating expense reconciliations. She works with both commercial and residential real estate clients.
