Scope of Experience

Matt Bentley specializes in representing industrial owners and tenants, offering expert assistance with real estate strategy and implementation. Over the past 24 months, he has successfully sold over 1,500 acres of industrial land for the development of more than 12 million square feet of Class “A” e-commerce and distribution centers.

Matt currently represents Landlords on over 10 million square feet of Class “A” distribution facilities in Metro Atlanta. His clients include IDI, Logistics, EastGroup Properties, Brookfield Properties, Oakmont Industrial Group, Dermody Properties, Core5 Industrial Partners, High Street Realty, Hines, LBA Logistics, and Euphoric Development, among others. He has also leased to tenants such as Mars Wrigley, Pepsi, Kroger, TJ Maxx, Vanderlande, and Lowe’s.

In 2022, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors recognized Matt as the #7 Top Industrial Landlord Producer, with more than $73 million in sales and lease transactions. In 2023, he earned the title of #9 Top Land Producer in Atlanta. In addition to his experience in industrial real estate, Matt is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and a former real estate attorney. His wide-ranging background enables Matt to provide his clients with sound advice on a variety of real estate matters.
