Career Summary
As the firm’s Project Coordinator, Joel participates in the oversight and administration of various construction and tenant improvement projects as well as major contract service work at our managed properties. Primarily, the Project Coordinator is our client’s representative and is responsible for the completion of a project within budget, on schedule and to the client’s satisfaction.
Background and Experience
Prior to joining NAI FMA Realty in February of 2019, Joel spent the previous three years working in the building facility maintenance area for a couple of large commercial real estate services companies.
