Career Summary
Tammy Walter, ARM, is an experienced property management professional, she has more than 20 years of experience in Lincoln’s real estate community and oversees a portfolio consisting of 1 million square feet of commercial property, including Union Bank Place, a 312,000-square foot office building, and a 600,000-square-foot portfolio of retail and office buildings for a local developer.
Currently serving as Senior Property Manager at NAI FMA Realty since 2022, her role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including property operations, budgeting, managing capital improvements and construction projects, and enhancing tenant relations within office, retail and residential environments. With a background that also includes administrative support in real estate, Tammy has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage large portfolios effectively.

Tammy has been with NAI FMA Realty since 2003, originally in the Sales and Leasing Department as the Administrative Assistant and moved into property management in 2006.
Civic Affiliations
Being an active member of the Lincoln community, Tammy volunteers her time as:
- DEVO Mountain Bike Instructor to teach kids ages 5-17 how to ride mountain bikes
- Assists on the courses during the Lincoln Marathon and various runs held in the city
