Career Summary
Jared Froehlich has a wealth of experience in all areas of commercial real estate brokerage, having completed over 350 commercial property transactions. Jared is one of only a few commercial real estate agents in Lincoln to have attained both the CCIM and SIOR professional designations. Along with his many years of commercial real estate experience, Jared’s prior work in cybersecurity and human resource consulting makes him an asset for clients as he brings a technical and relational marketing approach to the table.
Background and Experience
Jared joined NAI FMA Realty as a Sales Associate in 2020. Along with owning commercial property investments himself, Jared’s background has also consisted of commercial property management and commercial leasing for U.S. Property, a commercial real estate developer active in industrial and mixed-use commercial properties. In his work with U.S. Property, he managed a portfolio of over 60 commercial properties across 15 states. He is now primarily focused on commercial brokerage and commercial investing.
Along with his experience in commercial real estate, Jared worked as a consultant for a global human resource firm and has done business development work for a cybersecurity firm.

- Assisted buyer with the purchase of 195 Acre property including a limestone mine and additional buildings in Weeping Water, NE

- Represented CL Construction in purchase of a 17,000 square foot office building
- Sold a large Hickman, NE restaurant building to Hacienda Real
- Buyer representative for LOPT on numerous property transactions since 2021
- Landlord Representative for Center of N, LLC in leasing its 140,000 SF office complex in downtown Lincoln
- Assisted seller with disposition of 69 Acres in Greenwood, NE
