With more than two decades of entrepreneurial and executive experience, Marc Hausmann brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to commercial real estate. As a CCIM and SIOR designee, Marc is among the industry’s most respected professionals, known for his integrity, market insight, and results-oriented mindset.
Background and Experience
Marc joined NAI FMA Realty as an Associate Broker in 2015, bringing with him over 20 years of entrepreneurial and executive leadership. For 15 years, he has been actively engaged in brokerage and development, including serving as President and Broker of his own real estate firm. His hands-on experience in business ownership allows him to approach commercial real estate with a strategic, client-focused mindset.
In addition to his real estate work, Marc has owned and operated a national third-party logistics company, further deepening his understanding of industrial and distribution needs. He has successfully represented a diverse client base—from local startups to national corporations which include: Sysco, Foodservices of America, US Foods, Marriot chains and Bunzl Distribution. Plus, he has client relationships with UMB Bank, First National Bank, Mercury Holdings, Trinitas, Inc., Lincoln Hotel Group, K-2 Construction, ComfortMade Mattress Company, Pinnacle Bank, JM Eagle, Black Hills Energy, NAPA , CNH Industrial, Tilt-Up Construction, Emprise, Goodwill Industries, Valentinos, Bauer Underground, Don’t Panic Labs, Case New Holland, Open Harvest, and Spreetail.
